Binance.com is not a scam. It's one of the largest most liquid cryptocurrency exchanges with millions of users from over 200 countries. It's fundable by crypto and it offers easy trading of over 150 difference cryptocurrency pairs. I personally have an account there and I use it all the time. It's a great place to day trade your alt coins. The prices are generally a little lower there than some of the other exchanges.
